Versions of our work
Ultra-Pico hydro Turbine System
We are manufacturing turbines up to 200 watts to 1kw in this segment, very use full for individual uses or single homes. Nowadays power-saving home appliances reached every household, ultra-Pico hydro turbines generate a good amount of electricity for households, battery bank charging or inverter charging, telecommunication equipment battery charging, camping sites, etc.

Pico Hydro Turbine System
In this segment, we manufacture turbines from 2kw to 7 kW, which is enough for big houses, small villages, off-grid army camps, etc.

- Flow range: 20 to 250 lps
- Power output: 2 to 7 kW
Micro Hydro turbines System
In this segment, we manufacture turbines from 7kw to 100 kW, it’s very useful for the higher amount of electricity, it well enough for a few villages or colonies or running small industries, etc.

Industrial Water Turbine System (IWTS)
We at Dobriyal Brothers, are glad to introduce you to our innovative idea about IWTS, an Industrial hydro turbine system, which converts industrial water flow into electricity threw a turbine, and it will be installed between the water pipelines or joints or discharge area. It will generate electricity by the water pressure of the pipeline without interrupting the water processing unit. It’s a very efficient, robust, and affordable solution for industries that used water for several operations. In a time of huge electricity demand, IWTS harnessed electricity environment-friendly and sustainable manner.

Water Lifting System (Without Electricity and Fuel)
In our system, the turbine-pump assembly is at the riverside. To run a turbine, we need water at a sufficient head according to the requirement of the turbine. The water is provided by a forebay tank. This tank is filled with water with the help of a power canal which comes from a weir located at some distance upstream from the tank. Water then flows from the tank to the turbine through the penstock. Penstock conveys water under pressure from the fore by the tank to the turbine. when the water is made to fall on the turbine, the energy of water gets converted to the rotational energy which is supplied to the centrifugal pump. This pump takes its inlet supply from the tank and water is then lifted to the hilltop with the help of a delivery pipe. This water is then stored in a water reservoir at the hilltop where it can be supplied to all nearby villages not only for drinking but also for irrigation purposes. For drinking purposes, we need to add another unit for its purification, and hence safe, pure drinking water can be provided.
Vortex Hydro Turbine System
The vortex hydro turbine is a type of micro-hydro vortex turbine system which is capable of converting energy in a moving fluid to rotational energy using a low hydraulic head of 0.7–3 meters (2 ft 4 in–9 ft 10 in). The technology is based on a round basin with a central drain. Above the drain, the water forms a stable line vortex which drives a water turbine.

- Power output: 500 watts to 15kw

Main Parts of Hydro Turbine System
1 – Turbine: A turbine is a rotary machine that converts kinetic energy and potential energy of water into mechanical work.
2 – Alternator: An alternator is an electrical generator that converts mechanical energy of turbine into electrical energy in the form of alternating current or direct current.
3- Electronics load controller: The Electronic Load Controller (ELC) is used to connect and disconnect the dump load during the operation of the system, and which absorbs the load when consumer is not in active.
